NOTE: Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via US Priority Mail (express shipping is unavailable). Shipping time is based on business days. Orders received by 10:00 AM MST ship the following day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you select Standard Ground as your shipping option and live in the continental U.S., your order will usually arrive within 5 business days once the order has been processed.
Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. (it may take 3 days to process your order + 5 days for shipment) Orders received by 10:00 AM Mountain Time will ship following day.

If you select Guaranteed 2-Day Delivery, expect your order to arrive the second business day after you place your order. If you select Overnight Delivery, expect your order to arrive the next business day after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note the following can affect delivery time:

  • credit card approval and address verification must be received prior to processing
  • Rush Delivery orders received after 10 am Mountain Time (Noon EST) will not be processed until the following business day
  • deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded)
  • extreme weather conditions or rural addresses can delay delivery

Can I receive shipments at international addresses?

Currently, we do not ship to foreign countries outside of the United States.

Do you ship to US PO Boxes or US Military Addresses?

Yes, but only throught Priority Mail. Our Express Delivery options are not available for orders shipping to US PO boxes or US Military Addresses (APO & FPO). It has also been our experience that Military orders can be very time consuming with some orders taking as long as two weeks to arrive and clear customs.

What are back-orders?

A back-ordered item is an item we temporarily do not have in stock, but are awaiting delivery from the manufacturer. If your order includes a back-ordered item, we will ship it to you (along with any other items you have in your order) soon after we receive it.

We make every attempt to signify on our website which items are on back-order status, but cannot guarantee this 100%. We will contact you via phone or email if any items you ordered are on back-order to be sure of your awareness.

How do I search for a product?

There is more than one way to find products on the InnerBalance website:

  • At the left of almost every page there are links to our product categories. This will bring you to the main page for that category.
  • You can also use our "Search" feature by typing your search keywords in the search box located on the upper right of your screen and clicking on "Search"
  • You can also find the main categories on the home page. You can access the home page from any page by clicking "home" on the top of that page.

What is a Shopping Cart?

Just like a real world shopping cart, our online Shopping Cart is where you place all the items you'd like to buy. Click the "Add to Cart" button for any item you'd like to order, and it will appear in your cart. The "cart" is a separate page that displays everything you've selected. At anytime from any page, you can easily view the contents of your cart by clicking on the "View Cart" link at the top of every page. When you're ready to place your order, simply click on the "Checkout" button on the top of your screen.


How can I get more information on a particular product?

If you desire more information than is shown or have any questions regarding a product, feel free to

What if I want to return my order?

If, for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations and you have not opened the package, you can simply return it in resellable condition within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. For other issues with returns, please contact us directly to discuss your unique situation. You may
email us or call our customer service department toll-free at 1-877-900-7848 (M-F 9-5 MST).

Returns: Place the sales receipt or a copy of it, inside a well cushioned package with the product being returned. Then ship it prepaid to the address below. Credit will be given to the credit card used for the original purchase soon after receiving your package.

What if I have a problem while placing an order online?

Occasionally you may experience some bumps in your shopping experience. If you're not sure about what to do next to complete your order, try going to your Shopping Cart to re-orientate yourself. In most cases, you'll get back on track and easily complete your order. If you continue to have trouble with your order, please call us toll-free at

Can I make changes to my order after it's been submitted?

We are happy to attempt to cancel or change an order, but we cannot do so once it has shipped. If you would like us to cancel or change an order, please call our customer service department toll-free at

Payment

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover or bank debit-card bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders online. You may however, add items to your shopping cart and then print out your cart contents and mail a check or money order to us with the appropriate shipping charges. All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.

Will I be charged sales tax?

InnerBalance Health Center is headquartered in Colorado and all orders shipping within Colorado will be charged 6.7% sales tax.

Is it safe to use my credit card at InnerBalanceHealthCenter.com?

Yes. All private information, including your credit card number is encrypted for your security. We utilize state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer "SSL" 256-bit encryption to ensure the safety of your shopping experience.
