| Description of Services for Medical/Residential Intensive Outpatient Program: |
| Intake, Orientation, Evaluation, and Health History: All clients check-in on their reserved Monday. This process requires most of the first day. |
| Individual Mental Health Sessions (5): Once a week a private one-on-one session with the Mental Health Counselor to work on personal issues. |
| Individual Nutritional Sessions (5): Once a week a private one-on-one session with the Nutritionist to stay on track with your health diet and biochemical repair. |
| Personal Coaching Sessions (8): Once a week private one-on-one session with Recovery Coach while at InnerBalance to create your personal recovery roadmap and four sessions after program completion (by phone or in person) to deepen your experience and recovery. |
| Individual Addiction Counseling Sessions (5): Once a week, private one-on-one session with the Addictions Counselor to identify personal triggers and symptoms adn develop a relapse prevention plan. |
| Educational Group Sessions (25): Monday through Friday evening sessions to educate client on their biochemistry, relapse prevention, and creating sobriety. |
| Health Club Membership (34): Full service health club (www.orchardsathleticclub.net) |
| Supplements: All nutritional supplements (vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, amino acids, and more) during your treatment. |
| Day Group Sessions (34): Monday through Sunday structured interactive morning sessions (yoga, meditation, exercise, acupuncture, and more). |

| Physician Visits, Nurse Visits, Laboratory Testing, IV Therapy: All medical therapies to purify the body, restore optimum health and regain quality of life. |
