The Gap Coaching Program
InnerBalance’s Bridging The Gap Coaching Program is a comprehensive
curriculum that guides and supports clients as they create the
life of their dreams. Because so much is changing when clients
enter recovery and leave treatment, it can be a confusing and
stressful time. Having the support and guidance of their own
Personal Success Coach, ensures that their life in recovery will
be successful, balanced and full of happiness.
Bridging The Gap Commitments to Clients:

Commitment 1. Support, guidance
and coaching within a small group of like-minded participants.
Clients are guided and inspired
to become all they dream of, and are held accountable
and empowered as their dreams are built one step at a time. No more trial
and error, no more stopping and starting. When movement stops, everything
stops.

Commitment 2. Effective Action
Plan – The
specialized curriculum is designed to get clients from
where they
are to where they
want to be and unfolds in the form of small, powerful
assignments. Between sessions, there are reading and
writing assignments
to keep momentum and progress growing and deepening.

Commitment
3. Implementation of Action Plan - There are three elements
critical to creating successful, permanent
change: 1. Knowing what you want 2. Knowing what to do 3. Doing what you
know. Lots of people go to treatment but what’s
often missing is the sustained connection, accountability
and know-how
of learning
valuable tools, developing skills and integrating
effective habits so permanent recovery can occur.

Commitment 4. Success Warranty – With this
program, we leave no room for not meeting the goals
of enjoying
recovery and actualizing your dreams. If client’s follow
the program exactly as instructed, they will succeed.
To meet these commitments and stay connected with
clients to deepen their recovery experience, InnerBalance
offers
a 12-month
Bridging The Gap Coaching Program. This is available
either by phone or in person if the client lives
in Northern Colorado.
The program consists of 24, 90-minute group coaching
sessions with unlimited e-mails and laser coaching
call between sessions.
To allow each client to receive devoted time and
attention, each group is limited to a maximum of
6 people. Individual,
one-on-one
sessions are also available for an additional $95
an hour.
The 12-month program includes 4 Phases:

passionate about helping men and women new to recovery
