for InnerBalance Health Center
InnerBalance
is excited to announce the kick-off of their weekly Aftercare
Teleconference next Tuesday, October 17th at 6 p.m. MDT. The
instructions on how to access the call are listed below. Please
call in on a landline versus a cell phone if at all possible
as the background noise will be minimized.
The
call will be approximately 90 minutes in length so you might
want to consider purchasing a phone/headset combination.
A great one is the Plantronics CT12 2.4GHz Cordless Headset
Telephone. You can purchase this at Office Depot or Office
Max for around $99.
Some
ground rules for the Teleconference:
If
there have been any relapses and you have not yet spoken
to Joe, please do so before the call.
Please
dial in a few minutes before 6 pm so everyone's time can
be best utilized.
Just
like Aftercare at IB, each person will check-in for 3 minutes
or so and then the remainder of the call will be around what
subjects or requests come up as well as on the Wheel of Recovery
shown below.
Please
review the Wheel of Recovery below and complete prior to
this first call if possible. This is a great yardstick for
you to tell quickly where you are on the recovery/relapse
continuum.
Please
come to the call drug and alcohol free
Please
turn off call waiting on your phone and eliminate distractions
from your environment

will be the group facilitator for most of the calls so if

parties dial-in to the above number at 6 pm MDT on Tuesday
evenings. An automated system will answer and prompt you
to enter the PIN code listed above followed by the pound
(#) sign.
Automated
commands:
*4-raise Volume
*6-individual mute
**If
you dial in prior to the counselor, you will go into "Music
On Hold". Once the counselor dials in, the music will
cease and the conference will begin.
**Entry/Exit
Tone: During the course of the conference, you may hear beeps
indicating someone has joined the conference or has left
the conference.
